Content License

You may:

• Complete the templates for your own projects.
• Use the prompts you generate to build or improve your own applications, systems, and workflows.
• Modify your completed prompts for your own use.
• Use the resulting AI output in your own business, subject to the terms of the AI or building platform you use.

You may not:

• Share your account or provide another person with access to the materials.
• Copy, reproduce, publish, upload, or distribute blank or completed templates.
• Sell, license, sublicense, or give away the templates, frameworks, guided fields, or training materials.
• Place the materials inside another course, community, membership, application, prompt library, digital product, or client portal.
• Use the materials to create a competing or substantially similar prompt-template product or service.
• Remove HoldThat Systems branding, copyright notices, or ownership statements from the original materials.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, duplicate, or reproduce the content library.

Client Work

You may use prompts created through The Control Room while performing work for your own clients. However, you may not provide clients with access to The Control Room, its blank templates, underlying frameworks, or proprietary training materials unless they have their own authorized access.

Your Information and Outputs

You retain ownership of the original project information you enter into the platform. Subject to applicable third-party platform terms, you may use the completed prompts and AI-generated outputs created from your information for your own projects and client work.

HoldThat Systems retains ownership of The Control Room platform, template structures, framework language, instructional content, guided questions, workflows, branding, and original materials.

Termination

This license remains valid only while you have authorized access and comply with these terms. Access may be suspended or terminated if the materials are copied, shared, resold, redistributed, scraped, or used outside the permitted scope.

Termination does not transfer ownership of any HoldThat Systems materials or authorize continued access to the platform.
